    Our personalised service will collect the samples at your medical centre via our Courier (DHL) and within 24 hours they will be in our laboratory. 

    • Sample request reports are available on-line.
    • The results will be available on our platform within 24-48 hours after receipt of most biopsies. When immunohistochemical or additional tests are required, we will inform you of the deadline for the results, which will always be as short as possible.
    • The physician will be notified by email of the completion of the pathological report and its availability.
    • The transport of the samples is free of charge, the cost being assumed by our laboratory.
    • We provide a packaging kit, "P650 MiniMailBox mailing set", for the shipment of samples. We show you a video with the packaging instructions. We are available to help you at all times.
    • The kit "P650 MiniMailBox¨ meets all legal requirements of packing instruction P650 for samples for diagnostic purposes of patients, in the ´BIOLOGIAL SUBSTANCE CATEGORY B´´  UN 3373, for international air transport.
